The hotel is situated in a lively area of Istanbul, making it easy to explore many local attractions. While the design is impressive and the rooftop offers stunning views, the rooms could use more attention in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. Service was hit or miss, with some helpful staff members but also instances of poor communication. Breakfast options were basic and not particularly satisfying.
My recent stay had ups and downs. The ambiance was charming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city, close to dining and shopping spots. However, I faced some challenges with room service and found communication a bit tricky, especially regarding requests. The rooftop terrace view during breakfast was a highlight, despite some dining inconsistencies.
